You must be at least 18 years old to book through the website. Christian Modest Clothing AS does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 under Norwegian law. Christian Modest Clothing AS reserves the right to reject or change your orders if you have provided incorrect personal information and / or have a history of non-payment of debt.
Christian Modest Clothing AS has no responsibility if products are sold out. Neither for image or typographical errors on the site, such as errors in the product description or the technical specification. Inaccurate prices and price adjustments (such as changes in supplier prices, currency changes) or incorrect information about whether a product is in stock or not. 2. ORDER & BOOKING
A purchase agreement has been entered into when Christian Modest Clothing AS has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from us via e-mail. Christian Modest Clothing AS encourages to retain the order confirmation for any future contacts with Christian Modest Clothing AS customer service regarding the order. You have the right to cancel your order until it has been confirmed by Christian Modest Clothing AS. If the order is canceled, Christian Modest Clothing AS will refund any payments you or your credit card company made regarding the order.

Christian Modest Clothing AS also has the right to assign you new login information
5. PRICES & OFFERS
The prices quoted on the website apply to orders placed on the website. All prices are quoted in NOK; EURO, AUSD or USD and are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping charges that are given separately. Christian Modest Clothing AS is not responsible for the import duties of goods shipped abroad. We send an invoice showing the value of the goods so that the recipient country’s customs authorities can correct customs requirements. It is the responsibility of the consumer / recipient of the order to ensure that the goods are interpreted in accordance with legislation and customs authorities in the consumer / recipient country and region.
You can pay for the purchase in the manner specified on the website. Christian Modest Clothing AS has the right to charge you in connection with the order. In the case of invoicing or partial payment, Christian Modest Clothing AS or its partners must be able to obtain credit information from third parties. If so, you will be notified accordingly. Christian Modest Clothing AS reserves the right at all times not to offer all payment methods, or possibly to change payment methods if the payment method you have chosen does not work for any reason at the time of order fulfillment. Products in stock are normally shipped within the number of business days specified on the site. Unless otherwise agreed (for example, in connection with the reservation of products that are not in stock), shipment will take place no later than 14 working days after Christian Modest Clothing AS has confirmed the order in writing in the order confirmation.
The expected delivery time is stated in the order confirmation, check-out and / or on the relevant product page on the website. If there is a delivery delay, Christian Modest Clothing AS will inform you of this and will continue to control the order. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, and if a shipment is delayed more than 14 business days and is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
If a package is to be picked up at a specific delivery location, you must do so within the time period specified in the message. Packages should normally be retrieved in person with valid identification and order number. You will receive a delivery notification stating when and where the package must be picked up or received. The message should be possible by e-mail, regular mail, and if you have provided a mobile number, also by telephone or SMS. Christian Modest Clothing AS has the right to charge you a fee of NOK 149 to mitigate return shipping costs if the package is not picked up.
7. RETURN & REGRET
When products are purchased on the site, you have a 14-day right of regret in accordance with the applicable right of regret and consumer protection law. This means that you have the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Christian Modest Clothing AS of this within 14 days of receiving the ordered product.The right of regret does not apply to the following products or types:Products made to your specification or which have otherwise been given a distinct individual character, products with broken seals and labels. Product that is likely to be impaired or damaged by the consumer. When ordering a product for which the right of regret does not apply, you will receive clear information. If you wish to use the right of regret, you must, before the expiry of the regret period, return the ‘regret of purchase form’ received together with the shipment. You can also send a message to Christian Modest Clothing AS at mail: email@example.com. You must provide your name, address and other relevant information in the message, such as order reference, invoice number and the name of the product. If you use your right of regret, you will pay for the return shipping costs and are responsible for the condition of the product after you have received the product and during the return shipping. The product should be returned within 14 days from the date Christian Modest Clothing AS was notified that you are withdrawing the right of withdrawal. The product must be shipped well packaged, in the same good condition as it came in and in a package that can withstand the mail. You have 2 years of warranty on goods purchased on the website. Christian Modest Clothing AS is responsible for the return shipping on approved complaints. 8. MEMBERSHIP & SECURITY
As a registered customer of christianmodest.com you will only have one membership and one account. As a member you have the opportunity to discount codes and offers on selected products. As a member, you agree not to abuse this system, for example by sending spam. Christian Modest Clothing AS reserves the right to terminate your membership if you act in violation of these Terms.
9. FORCE MAJURE
Christian Modest Clothing AS is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond your own control, such as general labor dispute, war actions, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed government regulations, technical problems, defects in power / telecommunications / computer communications or other communications and defects or delays in the service from subcontractors due to conditions mentioned above. If a competent court, authority or arbitral tribunal considers a provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of that provision and all other provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable as far as applicable law permits. Any provisions that are found to be invalid or unenforceable shall be replaced with relevant legal guidance and advice.
Any dispute that may arise should be solved amicably in discussions with Christian Modest Clothing AS customer service. If an amicable solution cannot be obtained, Christian Modest Clothing AS shall comply with the decisions of the Consumer Disputes Committee or similar authority in other European countries.
